Our Founder's Story

Hi, I'm Jill Frillman,
I have always been an entrepreneur, even from a young age. As a little girl with strawberry blonde pigtails, fair skin, and the brightest blue eyes, I was pulling a little red wagon down the sidewalk, selling all kinds of things door to door. Anything from greeting cards to garden seeds to Krispy Kreme Donuts before the Krispy Kreme stores even existed. All my efforts paid off. Over $2,000 stashed away in the bank, a lot for a 12-year-old girl of the '70s. I was overjoyed and experienced firsthand the value of hard work. This kind of work ethic, providing value to others, and satisfaction for results have always been there.

My love for numbers has also always been strong. It came to the surface in my first job out of school. I was working for a savings and loan association and would turn red every time my boss would say how amazed he was that I picked up numbers. Because of this, the bank's Controller took me under her wing and taught me how to do bookkeeping for the entire bank. I loved the work, and ever since that day, I have been hooked.

So much so that when I started my own business doing bookkeeping, it overgrew I could barely keep up by myself. So I started hand-selecting talented people nationwide to join the team. I was thrilled to find people who shared my values, my same passion, as well as the vision for my company.  From a young girl providing value and getting paid for it to a young woman finding my passion for working with numbers, running a business with a fantastic team, and working with clients, I found my purpose. 

Above all, the reason why I do what I do comes down to helping you find peace of mind in your accounting numbers set you up for a journey of profitable a business.
